3G network agriculture information control platform which have adopted latest 3G mobile communication technology and concentrated on the need of surveillance in green house planting, is a high cost performance 3G video surveillance project in green house planting. It could be monitored in every time and it is easy to control with multiple functions. This project uses advanced 3G mobile video surveillance system (WeZOOM), provides user local surveillance control, long-distance observation and online video professional guidance.       WeZOOM system is exclusively used in real time industrial surveillance. WeZOOM includes IP camera （IPC）, 3G surveillance gateway (PG) and client surveillance software （WeFUN）. 3G surveillance gateway could connect wireless LAN, Internet and 3G mobile communication network together seamless. User could monitor video surveillance in anytime and anywhere through any kinds of equipment on different network. This system uses wireless way to join up multichannel surveillance camera, automatic identification and automatic configuration to build video surveillance network with zero process.

      User could insert 3G card equipped with SIM card into PG which could automatically identify the 3G card and join up 3G network with standby state. User then could use 3G phone to make video call with SIM card in PG. After connected, user could input password according to video hint then receive surveillance video. It is no need to install any software or set any network configuration in 3G phone. At the same time, user could use the phone keyboard to monitor turning, zooming and switching of camera and easily control long-distance mobile video surveillance according to video hints. What’s more, user could set alarms such as mobile surveillance alarm and sensor alarm. When it is alarming, PG would dial back user’s 3G phone according to the setting and user could see the real time alarming scene with only picking up the video call.

User could also visit PG through local area network or Internet. With client-side surveillance software （WeFUN）installed in PC and PDA and then log in PG, user could monitor real time surveillance. At the same time, PG also support multichannel video display, record and play video and other multiple application function.

 

      PG的无线局域网功能无线覆盖温室大棚区域，覆盖区域内的无线IP摄像机对大棚内外的情况进行视频采集，多路视频流汇聚到PG上。PG之间可以采用有线或无线方式连接成局域网，根据用户需要，可以设置一台或多台为3G PG（即带3G上网卡），作为3G接入的出口，从而支持一路或多路3G可视电话监控。同时，PG可以通过WAN口接入互联网。

      前端PG的3G接入，可选择中国移动（TD-SCDMA）、中国联通（WCDMA）以及中国电信（CDMA2000 EVDO A版），海外的市场需看当地3G运营商采用的制式(CDMA2000、WCDMA)，大多数是WCDMA的3G网络，前端只需插入SIM即可实现视频监控。

      专家可以使用3G手机拨打指定的监控可视电话号码，即可登录3G PG，查看各个摄像头的实时视频，并可以放大缩小，观察作物的具体情况。也可以使用电脑或PDA安装监控软件，通过互联网登录PG，进行视频监控和摄像头控制。

      农户可以使用本地后台管理各个摄像头的监控角度，配置录像和动态侦测等功能，并可以向专家进行在线咨询。

      农业信息服务管理中心通过互联网和各个农场的本地管理平台连接，可以实现远程视察功能，从而对各地作物情况进行实时掌握和统计，为服务提供依据。

 

      温室大棚安装3G移动视频监控系统，可为管理及工作人员提供远程监视权限。管理人员可以通过PC机对温室大棚进行实时监控，同时可以利用后台操作控制系统进行相应的设置、调整。还可以对监视区域进行动态侦测，利用录像保存备案；专家利用本系统通过3G手机或PDA可以随时养殖场和温室大棚内农作物的生长状况即时与基地工作人员进行沟通指导。农业主管部门可以实时掌握各基地的农作物品种和生产情况，进行统一的动态调配。农业企业可以远程管理各基地工作情况，并及时向市场发布视频信息。经销商可以通过视频选择各个基地的农产品，并安排市场销售计划。
